While I was doing my studies related to the logistics industry at the beginning of my twenties I had the opportunity to work for the biggest recruitment agency in the CEE region specialized only to Truck Drivers.

During my time as truck driver recruiter, I interviewed more than 3000 truck drivers that helped me understand their motivation, challenges that gave me a clear picture of their needs. On the other hand, I had the opportunity to help more than 100 trucking companies hiring drivers.

One of the biggest issue was the high rate of applicants that either didn't read properly the job ad and turned out after 15 min of phone conversation, that he doesn't meet/accept the key requirements or not even interested in the job ad at all. All these incoming applicants are causing too much wasted time spending on the phone, unnecessary administration and high advertising costs for recruiters.
